D&D In a Real Castle Event a Success
Huzzah and well met,
Its been a busy couple of weeks since our March D&D in a real castle event.
We've had some great feedback from our guests and some really useful notes on improvements we can make for our November. Most notable among these is a request for more heating and better wifi, which I'm happy to say we've already found solutions for.
We had a mixed bag from the weather, with a mixture of sunny skies and sudden storms, which sadly destroyed Balthazar Bizarre Bazaar, which had to move indoors. Our guests took part in an action packed campaign, enjoyed some hands on sword tuition, archery competitions, sampled a range of meads and took part in our first ever mini-painting competition.
Here's what some of our guests had to say:
"I had a lovely time that far exceed my expectations. The DM was amazing and guided us through a fantastic adventure adventure using incredible models in an incredible setting. I also really enjoyed all the activities with Bowlore!" - Guest Survey Feedback
"I was nervous to play with strangers prior to the event but I had so much fun and felt very safe to be myself from the moment we met in the tavern. I will treasure this experience for the rest of my life." - Guest Survey Feedback
We'll soon have our imagery from our photographer, which we will obviously share on our website. But until then here are some of our guest's snaps.
