The Wychwood Room is a supremely comfortable twin room nestled within Castle House, our premium set of rooms within the castle walls.
This room is Michael's favourite for its charming views, comfy twin beds, luxury bedding and a decor that is so calming, cosy and tasteful it feels like it has come straight out of a C.S Lewis novel. This booking is for the twin beds Wychwood Room however you will also have access to the common areas at Castle House including the living room, kitchen, WC, bathroom and castle grounds
Please note that you will be sharing a bathroom with one other room. Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis and breakfast is provided on site, with the option to have it delivered to your room
Michael's verdict: If Winnie the Pooh was a room, this would be it. The honey tones of the room and the simple white bed frames are somehow simultaneously both visually distinctive and so entirely natural as to make describing it accurately difficult, and forgetting it impossible.
The vibe is: "Nostalgia for a time I never experienced".
